Terms of Use

Effective June 24, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Three — Focus, provided by NowLanguage, LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA controls for App Store usage.

The service

The app helps you focus on a few tasks at a time. It is provided “as is”. Cloud sync and tipping are optional features.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
• For the supporters wall, don’t submit names or messages that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that impersonate others. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

Tips & payments

Tips are voluntary gifts to support development and provide no goods, services, or ongoing entitlements. In-App Purchases are handled by Apple under its terms; card tips are handled by Stripe. Tips are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store’s policy.

Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and NowLanguage, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
